Sean Pellegrino has more than 42 years of experience in all aspects of engineering, project planning and execution, and project management consulting for onshore and offshore oil and gas projects. His extensive and varied professional experience in the oil and gas industry includes responsibilities for the full project life cycle. Sean has consulted as a subject matter expert in several different areas of project and construction management.

Robin Mikaelsson is the AWP University -President and one of the founding fathers of Advanced Work Packaging and WorkFace Planning. His industry research and publications coupled with his extensive experience make Robin a key subject matter expert in all things AWP.
Mark Lambert has worked in the chemical process and engineering industry for 33 years in various positions. Most recently, he has served as Project Manager with S&B Engineers & Constructors in Kingsport, Tennessee.
Mark holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and is a licensed, Professional Engineer.
Fernando Espana, as the President of Construct-X, provides clients with Advanced Work Packaging Solutions that combine core concepts in lean thinking, integrated project delivery (IPD) and governance structures, and production planning & control for construction. Fernando spearheads Construct-X partnerships with industry and technology leaders to ensure our customers attain leading edge solutions and competitive advantage.
Keith is a Project Manager who is effective at leading engineering and construction teams in demanding business-critical implementations. Keith started the construction industry as an Apprentice Electrician. He worked on many Work Packaging and Systems Turnover Teams in Refineries and Oil and Gas facilities.
