Workface Planning ensures crews have everything they need to execute their work in an safe, productive, and efficient manner. This course educates attendees in Workface Planning (WFP) Fundamentals. Using interactive exercises, attendees will learn basics of WFP, the benefits, and how it is to be applied on Capital Projects. Students will be prepared for a deeper follow-on session to address their specific role in WFP for the project.
