Module Description:
Contractors will be increasingly required to have AWP capabilities from EPCMs and Owner Operators. This course exposes Contractor attendees to Workface Planning (WFP) Fundamentals. Using interactive exercises, attendees will review the basics of AWP / WFP, the benefits, and learn how it is be applied on EPCM / EPC Projects from a Contractor’s perspective. Students will be prepared for a deeper follow-on session to address their specific role in WFP for the project.
