201 – AWP Coordinator

Module Description:

This is a foundation course that prepares an AWP Coordinator for the roles and responsibilities on the Project. All the processes in the AWP program will be addressed, at a level sufficent for the AWP Coordinator to effectively engage all Project stakeholders on AWP processes and issues. The AWP Coordinator has a proactive role in ensuring effective and timely execution of AWP processes. AWP metrics will be covered in detail, including understanding their meaning and actions that can be taken to address issues.
