202 – WorkFace Planner
Module Description:
This is a foundation course to prepare a WorkFace Planner for work responsibilities on the Project. It will address the functional purpose of IWPs, the full IWP lifecycle, typical IWP content, the processes of gathering IWP content, and the managing of IWP constraints. The course will review the WFP’s role in routine AWP meetings, such as IWP scope definition, Contraint reviews, and the weekly Construction Status meetings. Use of AWP software will be reviewed, but will more manual template-based approaches will also be covered. Upon completion.
Target Audience:
Owner / EPCM / EPC / Contractor personnel who will be developing IWPs.
