203 – WorkFace Planning Coordinator

Module Description:

This is a foundation course that prepares an WorkFace Planning Coordinator for the roles and responsibilities on the Project. The WorkFace Planning Coordinator has a key role in supporting all WorkFace Planners and the project, so all the processes in the AWP program will be addressed, from participation in early Path of Construction planning to final close-out procedures. THe WorkFace Planning Coordinator also has a proactive role in ensuring effective and timely execution of AWP processes. AWP metrics will be covered in detail, including understanding their meaning and actions that can be taken to address issues.
