Module Description:
Getting the right material to the right people, at the right time is a huge part of an effective AWP program. THis course starts with Procurement’s role in early AWP planning, incorporating procurement strategy into CWA , CWP, and Path of Construction planning, particularly for long lead equipment. It covers the development of Procurement package (PWPs) that align with the CWP Path of Construction, supply chain information flows, and the opportunities to achieve a fully integrated supply and logistics program.
Target Audience:
Owner / EPCM / EPC Personnel responsible for the Project procurement planning and execution.
