Module Description:
Project Controls is an important participant in developing early AWP structures and then integrating these structures into the Project master schedule. This course will review Project Controls’ contributions to Interactive Planning sessions for CWA, CWP, and Path of Construction. It will cover how these AWP components are used to restructure the early Master Schedule to align with the AWP execution. Then the course will address out execution results will be reported out and interact with the Master Schedule.
Target Audience:
Owner / EPCM / EPC Personnel responsible for the Project Master Schedule and Project Control functions
