Module Description:
This course educates participants in the life-cycle of a Construction Work Package for effective CWP Planning and Schedule development. Starting with the end in mind (hand-over-to operations) participants align CWPs and schedules from definition of Construction Work Areas, aligning Engineering and Procurement, to releasing Construction Work Packages to the field.
