314 – IWP Constraint ID and Removal
Module Description:
Readiness to execute work and removing constraints is a major failure point in the Construction Industry. This course educates and trains participants in the lifecycle of an Installation Work Package emphasizing the critical efforts required to identify and remove all constraints of an IWP to enable field supervision to perform final field coordination and execute work without interruption in accordance with the requirements of the IWPs.

Owner / EPCM / EPC / Contractor Personnel responsible for ensuring IWP readiness for field execution.
