315 – Short Interval Production Control

Modules Description:

Producing deliverables that meet the time, cost, quality, and fit-for-purpose requirements of a Project leads to successful delivery. This course educates and trains participants in leveraging short interval scheduling and production control best practice methodologies to increase alignment, improve performance outcomes, and reach higher value solutions during construction. The course will focus on how deliverables will be defined, executed, tracked, measured, and analyzed for continuous improvement. Participants will learn of the various opportunities during the construction phase where the practice can be effectively applied.
