320 – TOP Execution & Punch Out
Module Description:
Timely execution of Turnover work Packages (TOPs) is essential to timely startup of the new facility. This course will cover development and refinement of the TOP Release plan, tracking IWP completion prioritization to enable initiation of system TOP execution, and tracking of QA/QC issues resolution. Participants will gain an understanding of how to utiilize AWP plans and reporting processes to track and execute timely TOPs completion.
Target Audience:
Owner / EPCM / EPC / Contractor Personnel with responsibility for ensuring efficient and successful hand offs between construction, mechanical completions through final hand-off to operations.
