Module Description:
As the project AWP deliverables get defined and refined, the project Master Schedule is aligned to incorporate both the package structure (CWAs, then CWPs) and the sequence of the Path of Construction. This course addresses the relevant AWP planning events, their outcomes, and their integration to the P6 schedule. The aligned Master Schedule can then leverage AWP progress reporting to maintain accurate project status and projections.
