Module Description:
This course will address how to utilize AWP processes to manage the overall flow of IWP execution, from initial IWP definitions to IWP Close-out. It will cover the tracking of IWP progress, escalation processes, the processes for releasing IWPs to Construction, short-range planning for IWP coordination, IWP execution monitoring, and final IWP Close-Out. Upon completion, participants will understand how to monitor and maintain IWP execution to meet project targets. It is a comprehensive review of entire IWP process.
