Module Description:
Engineering and Procurement structure their work to align to the CWP POC. Once Engineering and Procurement work packages are defined, they need to be linked to the CWPs they support to enable effective CWP status reporting. These links need to be maintained even as package structures evolve. This course reviews how the CWP-EWP-PWP relationships are maintained and how those relationships are utilized to produce overall project status.
