The management of AWP data is a critical component of any AWP implementation. There are many options and approaches, from completely manual to AWP-specific software utilizing integrated modelling capabilities. Software options have varying levels of functionality and cost that Project teams need to evaluate as to fit to Projet requirements. This course reviews key attributes that should be used to assess the Project’s automation approach. Included are functionality attributes (e.g., process support, configuration flexibility, ease-of-use, supported VCM, reporting capabilities) and cost considerations (e.g., software acquisition, level of IT support needed, maintenance effort).
